A CLASSIC REIMAGINING

Woven Kevlar replaces polymer cones, crossover design is computer aided & optimised, and mid/bass units are now reflex-loaded by twin rear ports. So the all-new DENTON 85 looks classic, but it meets all your contemporary music demands.

SIZE MATTERS

Modern slim speakers suffer from an audible thinning known as baffle step. Not big box speakers. So Wharfedale increased both DENTON 85’s baffle width and mid/bass driver size to give your music the impact it’s missing.

AUDIO COOKUP – GRILLE ON!

Asymmetrical speaker grille cutouts mitigate interference caused by cabinet-edge reflections found in traditional big-box speakers. So DENTON’s speaker grilles not only help maintain a low visual profile, they further improve your sound quality too.

AMP MATCHING MAGIC

Specific design elements, like woven Kevlar drivers and high-flux magnets, were chosen to ensure DENTON 85 sings with amplifiers as small as 20W per channel. Put plainly, DENTON 85 will run off the sniff of an oily rag.
