Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. LUMI-FI does not charge any re-stocking fee. 

Please note that return shipping cost will not be paid by LUMI-FI

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. If you checked out using quick check out, and did not create an account, please initiate a Return and Refund request by sending an email to info@lumifi.com.au
  3. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  4. Send all items that you wish to refund back to us with a copy of the original sales invoice / Receipt. If you are refunding part order, clearly mark on the invoice the items you are requesting a refund for. 

Additional Information:

  • LUMI-FI  will process the refund once the products are received in their original packaging along with the copy of the original receipt. 
  • LUMI-FI will not refund the shipping cost (if any) paid by the customer. Only the cost of the goods will be re funded to the customer. 
  • LUMI-FI  will process the refund the order on the same day the goods are received and assessed for a successful refund claim. LUMI-FI has not control over the time taken by Shopify to process the refund. LUMI-FI will send evidence to the customer clearly showing that a refund has been processed. 
 Warranty Returns

LUMI-FI  will happily honor any valid warranty claims. A proof of purchase will be required for a successful warranty claim. 

Customers will be required to send the faulty product back within the warranty period, along with a printed copy of the original purchase invoice/receipt and LUMI-FI will process the warranty claim. 

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect LUMI-FI to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

 

a. a replacement product if the product is still available in stock. 
b. A full refund for products that are discontinued and not available in stock. 
c. Refund will not be provided if the product is a available at the time of warranty claim. 
d. LUMI-FI reserves the right to discontinue product lines. If you have made a purchase of multiples of a certain stocked product and one of the item fails, LUMI-FI will only replace or refund the failed unit. LUMI-FI will not be required to replace or refund the entire batch.
