ABOUT THE PRODUCT

The SVS SoundPath is the cable SVS developed specifically to connect their own subwoofers — which means it's been designed with the actual signal characteristics of high-performance bass reproduction in mind, not just general audio transmission. The five-layer dielectric insulation system is the standout engineering feature: cotton braid outer, high-density PVC, HDPE, PET Mylar shield layer, and a directional spiral braid combining aluminium foil and 56 strands of 99.99% OFC tinned copper. The directional shield is soldered to ground at the source side specifically to reduce EMI and RF noise that can introduce hum in a subwoofer channel. Dual balanced 14-strand OFC conductors in independent HDPE jackets maintain signal purity across long runs. 24K gold-plated precision machined aluminium connectors with red and white marking bands. Rated bandwidth DC–5.0MHz. Nominal impedance 110Ω. Available in 1m, 3m, 5m, and 12m. Compatible with any subwoofer or AV component with RCA connections.
