The Kordz PRS SlimCat is the structured cabling solution for installs where standard CAT6A bulk is too thick to route cleanly. At 5mm diameter, it cuts the bundle cross-section by close to half compared to typical CAT6A, which makes a material difference in conduit capacity, wall penetrations, and patch panel density. The shielded F/UTP construction maintains reliable performance in the cluttered RF environments typical of AV-dense installations. ANSI/TIA-568.2-D certified for CAT6A permanent link performance up to 50m — 10Gbps where it counts, with full PoE++ capability at 100W for powered AV endpoints. The LSZH FRLSZH composite jacket is halogen-free and meets both CPR Dca (EU) and UL444 CMG (US) fire ratings, covering compliance requirements for both residential and commercial installations. 28AWG solid OFC conductors.
